The text, images, graphics and other, with their arrangement on our Bell Promo Shop site may not be copied for commercial use or distribution, nor may these objects be modified or reposted to other sites.
South African customers:
For delivery within South Africa Bell Promo Shop will deliver your order to the nearest Bell branch (BESSA) in South Africa; please arrange your own courier from the Bell branch if required.
In the case of urgent orders, additional charges will be charged at current courier rates, export duties and tax clearance would need to be considered.
We want you to be happy with the products that you purchase from Bell Promo Shop. We understand that sometimes a product must be returned and we will facilitate this as best we can. Please read and understand the following rules and exceptions regarding returns.
If you are for any reason dissatisfied with a product purchased through Bell Promo Shop please notify us of your situation.
The following terms apply for returned items for the Promo Shop:
All items returned will be inspected prior to refund.Proof of purchase is required for all returns.Bell footwear products must be returned within 3 months to qualify for a full refund or replacement, other items must be returned within 10 working days to qualify for a full refund.
• In the case where a return is deemed to be unreasonable, this will be referred to management for resolution.
Lead times and minimum quantities are at the discretion of our supplier.
Cancellation of orders
It is at Bell Promo Shop’s discretion on whether Cancellations of Orders will be waivered or penalized. Ideally no changes or cancellations will be accepted after production has begun.
Samples can be bought individually at standard costs.
In the case of cheques deposited into our bank account, stock shall not be released until the funds have been cleared in our account.We accept Master / Visa cards (No Amex and Diners).We accept Debit Cards.We encourage EFT’s. Stock will only be released once proof of payment has been received.For orders that require branding, we will only commence branding once stock and branding has been paid for in full. Please contact your Account Consultant to confirm that they have received your proof of payment, once payment has been made. Bell Works cannot be responsible for missed deadlines if you have not confirmed that payment has been received.
The Bell Corporate Visual Identity document concerns the visual image Bell portrays and covers aspects such as the correct use of the Bell logo in various applications.
Product Sales, Availability and Pricing
Your privacy is very important to Bell Promo Shop and therefore any information that you provide to us is stored on a secure server.
Special Promotions may be subject to certain conditions, including stock availability and limited offer stipulations.
