The text, images, graphics, and other with their arrangement on our Bell Promo Shop site may not be copied for commercial use or distribution, nor may these objects be modified or reposted to other sites.
The Bell Corporate Visual Identity document concerns the visual image Bell portrays and covers aspects such as the correct use of the Bell logo in various applications.
Our Bell Marketing Graphic Design Department approves all branding on all the Bell Promo Shop products and under no circumstance will any Bell Promo Shop Products be purchased and Bell branded without completing the necessary Quality Control procedure documents and having it approved by Bell Marketing Graphic Design Department.
Product Sales, Availability and Pricing
All products displayed on this site are subject to availability.
Our operations are established to sell products to end-use customers only. We are not permitted to sell products to customers who intend to re-sell or export the products.
Bell Promo Shop products are available in all countries in which Bell operates. However as our main area is South Africa, we have offered pricing in South African Rand. Contact your nearest Bell Customer Centre for alternative currency pricing.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel prices and/or unforeseen economic circumstances.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on this site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that you monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Your privacy is very important to Bell Promo Shop and therefore any information that you provide to us is stored on a secure server.
If you enter one of our competitions or lucky draws, we may ask you for your name, address, email address and contact number to notify the winners.
Bell Promo Shop may use your information to contact you about promotions and special offers. You are entitled, at any stage, to opt out of this service.
We do not sell or rent personal information about individual members (such as name, address, email address and contact number) to third parties. We do however reserve the right to disclose information regarding our members and usage of the site to each other and, amongst others, business partners and affiliates.
Special Promotions may be subject to certain conditions, including stock availability and limited offer stipulations.
External customers: Bell Promo Shop will cover costs for your delivery order to a Bell Customer Centre near you; from there on we can deliver country wide at current courier rates.
All orders will be delivered within 7 working days from the receipt of the order, unless otherwise stated.
Shipments made overseas are made via Germany at no additional charges (please allow 6-8 weeks lead time). In the case of urgent orders, additional charges will be charged at current courier rates, export duties and tax clearance would need to be considered.
We want you to be happy with the products that you purchase from Bell Promo Shop. We understand that sometimes a product must be returned and we will facilitate this as best we can. Please read and understand the following rules and exceptions regarding returns.
If you are for any reason dissatisfied with a product purchased through Bell Promo Shop please notify us of your situation.
The following terms apply for returned items for the Promo Shop:
All items returned will be inspected prior to refund.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Bell footwear products must be returned within 3 months to qualify for a full refund or replacement, other items must be returned within 14 working days to qualify for a full refund.
Items ordered via the Bell Promo Shop website can be returned in the following ways:
– Returned to our Bell Promo Shop for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided that proof of purchase is shown, and items are returned within 14 working days of purchase.
– Returns will be refused in the following circumstances:
– Where the garments have been tampered with or altered in any way (e.g.: additional branding has been added)
– Any soiled garments will not be accepted.
– In the case where a return is deemed to be unreasonable, this will be referred to management for resolution.
Bell Customer Centres and Employees: Please supply a valid order number or GL number with your order.
No stock will be released before validation of such number has been made.
Lead times and minimum quantities are at the discretion of our supplier.
Cancellation of orders
It is at Bell Promo Shop’s discretion on whether Cancellations of Orders will be waivered or penalized. Ideally no changes or cancellations will be accepted after production has begun.
Samples can be bought individually at standard costs.
In the case of cheques deposited into our bank account, stock shall not be released until the funds have been cleared in our account.
We accept Master / Visa cards (No Amex and Diners).
We accept Debit Cards.
We encourage EFT’s. Stock will only be released once proof of payment has been received.
For orders that require branding, we will only commence branding once stock and branding has been paid for in full. Please contact your Account Consultant to confirm that they have received your proof of payment, once payment has been made. Bell Works cannot be responsible for missed deadlines if you have not confirmed that payment has been received.
